Any facility enrolled in a Premium Compliance Package qualifies. The package covers your entire system for a full 12-month contract period, not just select services. This is how we’re able to stand behind the guarantee. If you’re managing only individual services with us, the guarantee does not apply. Any Notice of Violation directly related to our contracted services. We pay the fine and fix the issue.
The guarantee does not cover paperwork that must be created or obtained by you as required by the state, or work that was quoted but not approved or authorized by you. Everything else related to our contracted work is covered — no exceptions.
